SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for performing Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), technical reviews, and other related services to due diligence and capital planning of commercial real estate. HUD, Green and ADA, a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Architecture and/or Engineering preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience conducting building assessments/Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and writing technical reports.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
