Lake Cushman Maintenance Co. – Homeowner’s Assn., Golf Course and Water Company for the Lake Cushman development seeking applicants for full time Public Works Administrative Assistant. Monday through Friday. Performs a variety of clerical and technical duties in support of LCMC Public Works, program or unit operations.
Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience, graduation from a high school or equivalent with course work in general office practices and two years (2) of related experience. GIS experience, and experience with basic Public Works functions preferred.
Provides technical and specialized administrative support of various divisions within the department. Will perform a variety of administrative and organizational duties including, but not limited to, maintaining complex filing systems; corresponding and communicating with internal and external customers to include the general public; compiling information in order to route and track projects. scheduling meetings and conferences; respond to and track Requests for Action and Member Records Requests from HOA members relating to Public Works, create spreadsheets and logs, and assist with special projects as assigned. Plans and carries out assignments and handles problems and deviations in accordance with instructions, policies, procedures and/or accepted practices. Apply knowledge of the department's documents, organizational files (physical/electronic) and databases require to properly respond to requests. Assist in gathering data and producing timely responses. Maintains meter reading software.
