HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
North Highland is seeking to hire a Junior Project Manager to help our High-Tech Clients transform their sales enablement and business initiatives.
YOU WILL:
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Manage content for SharePoint and Teams channels to make certain all aspects of team community events and activities are accessible and relevant
Provide updates and maintain team SharePoint organization, information flow, relevancy and quality
Orchestrate general administration, including scheduling, calendars and workflows
Develop and maintain accurate DLs for each of the community leads
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with high-tech project experience, process improvement and project management principles.
3-5 years of administrative experience including SharePoint and teams site channels.
A demonstrated track record of building and fostering relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
