TalentReach is hiring multiple Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to build AI-powered products used by thousands of professionals. This is a high-impact engineering role working directly with executive leadership to architect, scale, and ship new platform features. Ideal candidates are Python/Django and React experts who love innovation, ownership, and working with modern AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services using Python and Django
Build modern, responsive React front-end applications
Partner closely with technical leadership on architecture and product direction
Implement AI-enabled features, analytics, and automation into core platform workflows
Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
Support and enhance developer experience using AI-assisted coding tools and modern dev environments
Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python/Django and React
Proven track record building scalable SaaS products
Strong experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience integrating AI/ML models or automation workflows is a plus
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
Great communication skills and comfort in fast-moving environments
Preference for candidates in or open to relocating to the Pacific Northwest
Background in healthcare technology is a plus
