Our technology client is looking for an experienced Campaign Operations Manager who will oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role will be reponsible for leading the creation and execution of content plays that support their expansion sales motion, partnering closely with Sales Leadership across the America.
This is a fully remote role, working 40 hours/week. Project will be starting from April 13th, 2026 and running through September 8th, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Oversee budget management for campaigns and ensure effective allocation of resources. Track and report on key engagement metrics: leads worked, meeting rate, reply rate, and own a process of continuous improvment including A/B testing, insight sharing, and scaling what works.
- Collaborate on a GTM calendar and campaign roadmap aligned with expansion motion milestones and revenue targets, and partner with Sales Enablement to ensure consistent execution across the field.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales content library that reflects current messaging, personas, abd buyer journeys in close collaboration with sales and product marketing teams.
- Write high-converting inbound and outbound sales plays in Outreach.io, tailored to multiple personas and lifecycle stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or sales content development with a focus on mid-to-love funnel content.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Proficiency with tools such as Marketo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and similar marketing platforms.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Enablement, and Product Marketing team to align messaging to strategic initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics and optimizing based on performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
