SALARY RANGE
The starting salary range for these positions are as follows:
- The advertised hiring range for Management Analyst I is $74,560 - $93,200, with a maximum opportunity of up to $111,840 with tenure and strong performance.
- The advertised hiring range for Management Analyst II is $88,880 - $111,100, with a maximum opportunity of up to $133,320 with tenure and strong performance.
- The advertised hiring range for Management Analyst Senior is $103,120 - $128,900, with a maximum opportunity of up to $154,680 with tenure and strong performance.
Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Management Analyst I
Overview
The Management Analyst I is responsible for supporting decision-making processes through analysis, reporting, and research to assist with operational, financial, resource, and strategic planning efforts. It involves maintaining project and operational data, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating meetings to drive informed decision-making. The role also includes developing and implementing standardized reports, coordinating management reporting, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Additionally, this position assists with system development initiatives and process improvement projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct or assist with decision support analysis and research to support operational, financial, resource, and strategic planning effort
- Maintain and update data systems with relevant financial, operational, or project-related information, such as budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify variances, and prepare supporting documentation. Evaluate data for accuracy and reliability
- Develop and implement monitoring processes, standardized reports, and coordinate the production of management reports.
- Organize and facilitate decision making meetings.
- Document internal business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct research, propose solutions, and assist with the implementation of process enhancements.
- Support committee activities by coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, preparing status reports, assisting with financial documentation, and ensuring project completion.

Management Analyst II
Overview
This position is primarily responsible for providing decision support analysis, reporting, and research to support operational, asset, financial and/or resource planning efforts. Conducts independent analysis, research, and reporting. Participates in short, mid and long range planning activities and monitors progress on achievement of goals. Organizes and facilitates decision making meetings and planning processes. Contributes to process improvements, and may lead system and procedure definition activities. Participates in cross functional teams and system development projects. This role primarily supports Customer Utilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct decision support analysis and research supporting operational, asset, financial, and resource planning.
- Provide statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and materials.
- Monitor performance on goals. Analyze and explain reasons for variances. Develop decision support materials.
- Develop and communicate planning schedules and milestones.
- Document internal business processes and identify potential improvements. Conduct research, formulate solutions, and coordinate implementation of process changes impacting multiple people, workgroups or systems.

Overview
This position is primarily responsible for conducting independent and complex data analysis, research, proposal evaluation, reporting and business process analysis supporting management decision making and operational process improvement. Coordinates short, mid and long-range planning activities and assists with plan development to achieve strategic plan goals. Contributes to process improvements and may lead systems and procedure definition activities. May lead or participate in cross functional teams. Participates in system development projects as a subject matter expert.

- Conduct complex analysis and research and provides decision recommendations to management in areas such as asset planning, systems and process development, formulating goals and objectives, budget management, or customer service delivery.
