We are seeking an associate with two-four years of experience to join our nationally ranked Patent Litigation group. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top tier law school and experience litigating all aspects of patent disputes. To be considered, you will preferably have a degree in electrical engineering, have completed a district court or Federal Circuit clerkship, and have practical work experience in the field of your technical expertise. This position may be filled in California or Washington. In accordance with the laws in this jurisdiction, salary ranges appear below.
California compensation range: $225,000 - $295,000
Washingto compensation range: $225,000 - $295,000
This position may be filled in New York City. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $225,000 - $295,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. This range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.The compensation for this position may also include a discretionary annual bonus.Information regarding benefits can be found .
