We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Test Proctor/Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This role is hourly, part-time, and assignment based. The ideal work schedules are determined specific to each of our clients and will be reviewed during the interview process.
What you'll do:
Assists with the administration of Job Skills Tests to job applicants
Provide candidates with test instructions, exam timings and pass out test materials
Assists in clarifying test instructions for candidates.
Collects test materials at end of testing period.
What we're looking for:
Ability to go onsite, up 4-10 hours per week, to our client location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas
Must be computer savvy
Great Communicator
Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
What's required:
High school diploma is required

*The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range is between $20 - $30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
