CAPTURE 3D, a ZEISS company, is the premiere North American representative of the industry leading ATOS 3D non-contact measurement and inspection solutions in fully automated and manual configurations. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our successful, dynamic and expanding organization and represent our industry accepted solutions in the Northwest region. Hybrid work environment based on customer engagements, projects, tradeshows and in office activities.

CAPTURE 3D has offices in Santa Ana CA (HQ), Farmington Hills MI (Automated Solution Center), Issaquah WA, South Windsor CT and Cornelius NC.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support existing accounts to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction as well as increase our solutions presence within current and additional departments
Establish and manage new accounts utilizing our sales process from initial contact through PO
Implement an organized and structured methodology for weekly work schedule to call on and address prospects, identified potential opportunities and installed base customers
Articulate technology capabilities and process benefits of our solutions, organization, and products via presentations, demonstrations, cost benefit analysis (ROI), Proof Of Concept engagements, and service projects
Work in tandem with our technical team to present solutions and benefits for that specific prospect and their industry
Detailed and accurate forecasting of territory opportunities
Communicate and update management on a regular basis
Other sales and account support related duties
Basic Qualifications:
2-10 years of technical related direct sales experience (CAD/CAM, metrology or related type solutions is a benefit)
Ability to articulate technical information in a simplistic and concise manner
Capital equipment sales experience
Strong closing skills
Dedicated work ethic and willing to work the hours commensurate with the sales position
Technical competence combined with excellent presentation skills
Sound knowledge of PC use and applications
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Inspection /Quality processes a plus
Onsite and tradeshow scanning solutions demonstrations requiring at times the ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of attaining sales goals
Conversant in Executive level business discussions
Formal sales training
Metrology sales experience
Experience or working knowledge of metrology systems (CMM, laser tracker, scanners, portable arms)
Aerospace, automotive and power generation industries sales experience
Bachelor's degree
The annual pay range for this position is $78,797 -$98,496
The salary offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions.
