Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $22 - $24/hr. (Depending on experience)
Essential tasks:
The Distribution Administrative Assistant supports the Transportation Manager by handling various administrative and specialized reporting duties, requiring initiative, judgment, independent decision-making, and analytical skills. The role involves monitoring operations for compliance with procedures, assisting customers with information requests, and providing data analysis on financial and operational performance. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating special projects, digital filing of sensitive documents, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
One year of office administrative experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to analyze and run reports. Must have experience working closely with management and be skilled in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
