Job Descriptionsubcontractor must
have the following qualifications:
• Certified Professional Behavioral Specialist or similar but equal qualifications
• At least 10 years’ experience providing professional, behavior based one-on-one coaching services.
• At least 10 years’ experience in administration and interpretation of the DiSC® System or similar system
approved by the BTR
• At least 10 years’ experience in providing team-based support and team-building activities through analysis
of personality styles as described in the DiSC® Personality and Behavior system or similar system
approved by the BTR.
• Knowledge of Hanford Site and HMIS services, culture, values, and leadership. This could be obtained
through publicly available information on the Hanford.gov and Contractor web sites, however, direct
experience working with Hanford Site contractors and Subcontractors is preferred, but not required
