Kenworth Truck Company is the manufacturer of The World's Best heavy and medium duty trucks. Position Summary
The Business Technology Analyst's focus is to drive innovation and deliver solutions that change the way we do business and move PACCAR into the future. The successful candidate will be highly selfdirected, an excellent problem-solver, and able to work with all levels of the organization. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are required. This Business Technology Analyst will work as part of a team working to deliver projects that meet customer expectations and achieve business benefits.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Manage the relationship between business partners, project teams, and vendors
Capture business needs and translates them into technical solutions
Develop, track, and present project metrics on a routine basis
Identify dependencies between projects and other systems
Accurately estimated time required to complete business analysis tasks and deliverables Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team
Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to scope projects and gather detailed product requirements
Support developers during the development process to understand the requirements Develop and produce business and IT requirement documents including necessary flow diagrams
Offer support to platform consumers as needed
Develop department, functional, process, user manual, and training documentation Facilitate user training
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or applicable degree required. Master's Degree Preferred 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role
Demonstrate ability to generate technical solutions based on business needs
Strong knowledge of software delivery methodologies using Agile/Scrum preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Working knowledge of application technology stack and requirements for integration into the business environment
Demonstrated problem solving, facilitation, and customer service skills
Highly self-motivated and flexible with a focus on delivery
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Able to work effectively in a team environment with little or no supervision Able to travel as needed 10%

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the Technology Business Analyst position is$84,000-$131,700 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
