Position Details Summary
The main function of this position is supporting our NA sales team by managing accounts and facilitating the customer returns process for Synrad.
Primary Responsibilities
* Support Customer Care Associates with process guidance and communication with customers
* Respond to incoming inquiries from regional sales personnel, internal stakeholders and customers in a timely manner.
* Process Orders using Oracle R12.
* Process Returned Material Authorizations (RMA's) using Oracle R12.
* Review order backlogs with Operations and ensure regional team members and customers have current delivery information.
* Manage customer escalations working directly with Operations.
* Resolve customer billing discrepancies by working directly with Accounts Receivable.
* Maintain sales order files and customer master information.
* Document processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
* Perform other additional sales support, order entry and customer service responsibilities.
General Tasks
* Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
* Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
* 3+ years of customer service experience.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
* Previous experience with Oracle R12 or SAP preferable.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated ability of using tact and diplomacy.
* Strong organizational skills - a multitasker.
* A process oriented, detailed, methodical, investigator.
* Demonstrated ability of having a sense of urgency and getting back to customers in a timely fashion.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits
* The base pay for this position ranges from $21.96 up to $27.16 depending on the geographic market.
