What You'll Do:
Primary Purpose: Performs general maintenance and repairs on the Tank Farm, Warehouse, facilities, equipment, forklifts, trailers, and trucks. Mixes and packages Company products, maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Take direction from BOM on Customer needs and/ or Service Work Orders, including installs and tank maintenance.
Provides direction to others regarding completion of required tasks.
Inspects and checks warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
Performs manual warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, rack identification, and replacement of light fixtures & light bulbs. May also trim trees and complete outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned
Responsible for coordinating the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed routinely
Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections
Completes vital research for non-standard maintenance & repairs requiring the purchase of materials and/or employment by outside contractors or vendors
Monitors progress of outside contractors to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Performs required testing, repairs and re-certification of IBC's
Provides mentorship and assistance to less senior maintenance workers
Cleans and maintains branch equipment
Provides for the efficient receiving, marking, and stocking of merchandise; ensures the maintenance and protection of warehouse stocks, supplies, and equipment.
Maintains and controls the requisitioning of warehouse supply items and equipment.
Performs customer tank pump outs and material transfers
Handles customer tank installation and maintenance to include purchasing of tanks, oversight of tank inventory, responding and scheduling work at customer sites.
Ensures compliance with all state and Federal labeling and shipping laws and regulations on merchandise shipped from warehouse.
Advises the Company's fire and safety programs for all branch employees according to established policy and practice.
Recommends new methods and procedures in branch activities.
Align with all company policies, rules, and guidelines
Perform all other duties as required
What You'll Need:
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations
Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment
Ability to learn accurate methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training
Excellent computer skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Mechanical knowledge
Education/Training:
The ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English
Works with Sales Team regarding customer needs
Physical Demands/Environmanetal Conditions:
Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs for short distances OSHA Limit
Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend as vital for long periods of time
Test negative on the company's drug tests
Exposure to fumes, dirt, and noise daily
May have occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals
May require safety equipment and/or precautions

Pay & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $61,250 - $91,870. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
