We are seeking a Senior Civil/Transportation Engineerwith a minimum 10 years of experience designing and leading transportation engineering projects. Our Spokane office is delivering some of the most transformative projects in the Inland Northwest. This position will provide the opportunity for you to help our diverse and wonderful clients plan, design and implement their highway/bridge, transit and aviation projects and programs and:
Lead multidiscipline teams on stimulating and challenging multi-disciplinary projects, from planning through design and construction
Coaching and mentoring junior staff
Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget
Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome
Build and foster client relationships
Engage in business development pursuits and market clients
Grow our practice in the Inland NW
This position demands a self-starter type, with a passion for client service and high-quality engineering.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
A minimum of 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience
PE in Washington State or the ability to get reciprocity.
AutoCAD, Civil3D proficiency is required, bonus points for MicroStation and OpenRoads (InRoads, GEOPAK)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
Leadership aptitude
Task or project management experience preferred
