About the Role:
The Sales Enablement team sits within the PitchBook Revenue Marketing team and is responsible for supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement content, programs, and technology trainings to better equip them to move to the next point of conversion across the full funnel.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and talented Sales Enablement Specialist to streamline and activate usage of our sales enablement technology stack. PitchBook has established an enablement tech stack that plays a key role in empowering the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organization with streamlined content and resources at their fingertips to be better equipped to do their best work, save time, and increase confidence and preparedness going into client interactions.
This role is in a prime position to work with Sales leaders, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams, playing a vital role in supporting PitchBook's mission to empower clients to win what's next. This role will be responsible for developing the platform strategy, governing content, analyzing, and reporting on content platform effectiveness. In addition, the Sales Enablement Specialist partners with Sales to equip them with an understanding of the information and resources available within the sales enablement tech stack. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and highly organized to help our Sales and Customer Success teams leverage our marketing content and sales enablement technology stack to sell our best-in-class data, product, and services.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Help drive platform strategy, implementation, and workflow design for Sales Enablement and Content Management platforms (including Highspot and Klue)
Incorporate an understanding of what the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organization needs are to build a best-in-class experience aligned to core client segments and use cases including, easy to find content that aligns to known client segments and sales stages
Serve as a business product owner for the set of tools and lead how content is organized across collateral by incorporating proper use of data, effective publishing, and managing user accounts and system settings
Build a strong user experience within the existing platform capabilities and content navigation through best practices and an eye toward design
Ownership and maintenance of taxonomy and governance for content through naming conventions, tagging, and content governance best practices
Collect, drive, and manage business requirements for third party system integrations to strengthen sales, marketing automation, and activation of existing enablement content
Partner with the Sales Enablement team and Product teams to ensure content is accurately audited, updated, and deployed as part of ongoing product launch and release cycles
Interpret and analyze data to monitor and report on platform/content effectiveness. Monitor usage, adoption, and feedback for continuous improvement
Troubleshoot system issues as they arise by working with Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and outside vendors
Responsible for communication and coordination with stakeholders (Sales and Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.) as it relates to the sales enablement platform
Manage ad hoc inquiries, respond to user questions/requests, and work with others for timely resolution. This may include resolving sales technology issues and questions, directing users to information and resources, leading small group training sessions, creating assignments, and pulling reports on user engagement and content usage
Work closely with the Sales Enablement, Customer Insights, and Marketing teams to support team and business specific goals
Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, SaaS preferred, in sales enablement, sales support, go-to-market, or product marketing roles
Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration with diverse staff members at all levels
Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and trainings
Experience working with content stakeholders (Product/Segment Marketers, L&D teams, Revenue Operations teams)
Strong aptitude for collaborating and building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems
Strong project manager with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and priorities
Confidence to navigate a large matrix of products and services and organizational teams
Experience in managing user access and library permissions for a content or enablement platform such as Highspot (preferred), Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, or similar
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and the ability to learn additional programs as needed
Experience using Salesforce, Trellis, Marketo, or related products preferred but not required

Compensation
Annual base salary: $70,000-$87,550
Target annual bonus percentage: 7.5%
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
