What You'll Do:
As the Software Engineer, Tactical SME, you will join an elite team providing support to a cutting-edge software system designed to improve the warfighter's training experience. This position will be based at NAS Whidbey Island, WA, and will require CONUS, and potentially OCONUS, travel.
Requirements
Who You Are:
You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aeronautical Science, or an equivalent technical degree from an ABET-accredited institution
You have at least 5 years of experience in systems engineering associated with modeling and simulation within the training and training systems domains, and at least 3 years of acquisition experience, with two (2) years directly supporting DoD Training and Training System Acquisition
Education and/or experience in the field of data analytics is a plus
Experience utilizing Python is a plus
Demonstrated experience with current and future military equipment, systems, and associated tactics (U.S., allied, and threat nations)

Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. The selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
