Prepares food that are to be grilled, fried, broiled, or prepared in the pantry
Assists coworkers to ensure efficient operation of the line
Fully observe all safety procedures clean-as-you-go techniques
Cook and serve evening meals efficiently
Care and cleaning of kitchen equipment and facility
Assist Head Chef when needed during the camp day
Supervise kitchen staff when Head Chef is off duty
Assist in filling requisition requests for special meals and weekend meals
Keeps work area clean and uncluttered, and completes assigned cleaning duties
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions
