TTI, Inc. is looking for a Field Sales Representative in Redmond, WA to support our WA Branch.
The Field Sales Representative sells company products and services to assigned customers in their territory. Responsibilities include three primary objectives: creating sales, defending sales, and penetrating sales for existing and potential customers. Successful candidates will hunt for new opportunities, expand existing relationships with current clients, and follow up on potential leads. The Field Sales Representative/Outside Sales will monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to expand revenue.

Accountabilities:
Creates new opportunities by generating and pursuing business leads, calling on customers, attending trade shows, and building relationships with representatives.
Attends quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers to understand the business outlook and opportunities.
Works with local and regional suppliers to create a partnership that will position the company as the primary distributor of choice. Attends suppliers' training to pass along product knowledge to the customer.
Attends and conducts client product training.
Follows through on every level of the sales cycle for key customers by keeping in touch with the customer, inside sales, manufacturers, and quotes. Ensures that everything is complete, timely, and meeting customer expectations.
Answers and resolves all key customer technical questions, issues, and complaints in a timely manner to provide the highest level of service available.
Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Education & Experience:
Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum of two years of Engineering and/or Component Sales experience preferred with a progression from inside sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Certifications:
Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working with little to no direction when out in the field.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge, understanding, and/or experience in technical sales.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong computer skills and understanding of Excel.
Must possess a valid state driver's license, safe driving record, and be insurable by the company's liability carrier.
Must be willing to travel in assigned territory up to 50 percent of the time.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
