Responsible for coordinating entire section and communicating with front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a dining experience that is so good it makes the guest want to come back again
soon. Describes and suggests specific food and beverages, answers guest questions, takes and processes guest orders to ensure that all items are properly prepared, in the correct sequence and timely.
Makes sure that guests are satisfied with food and service, responds to additional requests. Totals guest bills and accepts payment. Responsible for the entire guest experience from the time they are seated
through departure. Must have 2 years of experience in a full service restaurant as a server or bartender.
