Welcome to PDX Jack! Our company, Northwest Group Inc (“NGI”) operates EVERY Jack in the Box in the Portland Metro area!
This new role is specific to our location in Orchards. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our store leadership team and have responsibilities for the daily opening shift, typically 5:30am to 3:00pm. Some shifts longer/shorter with opportunity to work a 4 day work week at 38 hours. Weekend workdays required F/S, S/SU, F/SU, F/S/SU preferred.

Compensation based on experience and availability.
Bring your previous experience leading high volume shifts and running a successful operation to our team!
Senior Team Leader (STL)
- Drive sales by leading your shift team to run your restaurant in standard
- Be the service champion and the leader all want to follow
- Work all shift stations: kitchen, guest service, back of house, cash handling
- Ability to stand / walk freely approx. 85%-95% of shift lift / carry 10-65 lbs.
